1. Entry Eligibility

  • Entries are open to organisations and individuals operating within or focused on African markets.
  • Entrants must ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful at the time of submission.
  • MWA reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to contain misleading, inaccurate, or plagiarised content.
  • By submitting an entry, entrants confirm they have the authority to enter on behalf of their organisation.

2. Entry Fees

  • An entry fee is applicable per category entered. Fee schedules are published in the official MWA entry brochure.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
  • Bundle pricing may be available for multiple category entries. Contact us for current pricing.

3. Judging

  • All entries are reviewed by an independent panel of senior marketing professionals.
  • Judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding judging outcomes.
  • MWA reserves the right to withhold an award in any category if the judging panel determines that no entry meets the required standard.

4. Use of Entry Content

  • By entering, entrants grant MWA a non-exclusive licence to use entry information for promotional purposes, including publication in the Marketing World Magazine and digital platforms.
  • MWA will not share commercially sensitive or confidential information submitted in entries without prior written consent.
  • Winning entries may be featured as case studies in MWA publications and communications.

5. Attendance & Ceremonies

  • Shortlisted entrants and winners are invited to attend the MWA Gala Ceremony. Attendance is not mandatory to receive an award.
  • Table bookings and ticket purchases are subject to separate terms. Contact us via WhatsApp for table availability.
  • MWA reserves the right to change the venue, date, or format of the ceremony in exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Marketing World Awards name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of InstinctWave Group.
  • Winners may use the official MWA winner logo in their marketing materials, subject to brand usage guidelines provided by MWA.
  • Unauthorised use of MWA trademarks or imagery is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MWA accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the awards process.
  • MWA is not responsible for technical issues that prevent successful submission of entries.
  • If technical issues are experienced, entrants should contact us directly at anaphtal@instinctwave.net.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from participation in MWA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • MWA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
